The BBCR Effect
Ever heard of a ripple effect? One event effects another, then another, so on and so forth. This past year, BBCR has been amidst the biggest ripple effect. The company has taken great strides in becoming the hub where registrants can rely on great services within the interest of the breeds recognized.
First they increased the number of shows. From California, Iowa, Texas, Florida, and even to South America the success of BBCR sanctioned shows reflect the satisfied handlers and breeders. Later this month, BBCR received a much appreciated nod from the Europeans, and will soon be looking to host more shows in those regions.
More shows mean more judges. Bringing on competent judges such as Al Rivera and Chris White allowed BBCR to expand beyond a small time registry.
Kamerion Wimbley, CEO states “We’ve been fortunate to have a great team of judges up to this point” continuing, “we feel confidence in their knowledge and passion for the breeds this registry holds.”
Next, the registry announced the addition of five new breeds to the registry pool. Currently, the breeds recognized include The Olde Bulldogge, English Bulldog, Shortybull, French Bulldog, American Bully, American Bulldog and the American Pitbull Terrier.
Each of the current breeds are assigned a Breed Director who is responsible for enforcing the standards, regulations and policies when it comes to that specific breed. The continual elevation of the quality of leaders within BBCR is having a noticeable effect on the Bully community, and only time will reveal how big that ripple will expand.
